The
NEXX 10SC is a High Performance 4 Wheel Drive Short
Course Truck. Featuring our Pivot Ball Suspension
for smooth handling characteristics, predictable drive
and durability. Three sealed oil filled differentials
supply the traction to the all wheel drive system
putting the power to the ground.
The independent front and rear suspension and oil
filled shocks add great stability and will help you
blast through rough terrain with ease. The NEXX 10SC
also has new full size (2.2" outer and 3" inner) short
course wheels with detailed styling. The "Bar and
Peg" tire has the aggressive feel and the full size
short course body with realistic detail and fender
clearance give this truck the authentic look.

This 80% kit
comes assembled for better quality control,
but enables you to tune the setup by doing
the final assembly with shocks, gear box &
diff grease and suspension adjustments. As
for all 80% kits, it is you the driver that
supplies the pro finish and chassis setup
for best handling at your track.
With
the chassis ready for power plant and radio
installation (customer purchased) you will
quickly be proud of the completed build. The
next step is to design and paint the short
course body in your driver colors that means
you, the proud owner of the Nexx10sc!
Now you can fine
tune your setup with the adjustable battery
position on the newly designed hard coated
chassis. Move the battery forward for more
steering or to the rear to increase traction.
Three positions are available to you.
The newly designed hard coated chassis
is longer lasting and more durable with less
flex. It also includes new "slimline"
stone guards.
The CNC machined
aluminum motor mount offers strength and easy
adjustment.
The new composite
spur gear is 7mm wide. The increased width allows
better gear contact. It is made of composite
material that is specially designed to lower
weight and rotational mass.
With the
Nexx10sc facing unknown track conditions with damp
surfaces. The chassis provides a water resistant cover
for your receiver system. This extra safety design
keeps your Nexx10sc in control and safe from run-a-ways!
Mounting heavier components high on
chassis raises the CG point. The Nexx10sc designers
know this and tried to keep this in mind. Most
steering servos are heavy, so keeping it low
was a design consideration. Most modern electronics
are very light and do not present a CG problem
so these components can be placed for protection
within the chassis.
The Nexx10sc uses the high strength and high
performance Pivot Ball Suspension front end.
This pivot ball steering knuckle gives you more
adjustments and suspension movement not found
with conventional C-Hub design. Besides being
more adjustable, pivot ball is much stronger
and can take the hard hits and jumps now required
by pro drivers. With that said, pivot ball is
what you want!
