One of the Worlds Best Signs with Jammin Racing Team -- December 10, 2005
Chad Bradley has been in pursuit for the World Championship title since he started racing R/C cars in the early 90's. Within the last two W.C. finals, Chad has come very close to the title. He is confident that this move to the Jammin Team will put him in that top position. He's one of the very few racers in recent history to capture a national championship as a privateer. Chad is very approachable and enjoys helping other racers with car set-up and we are proud to have him on the team. Chad brings his associate sponsors with him - Proline, Airtronics, O.S. Engine, Acer Bearing, The Dirt, Race Prep Hobbies, and H.T. Batteries. Chad will be driving the Jammin X1-CR Buggy and the Jammin X1-CRT Truck. Jammin X1CRT Beats The Best At Maxbashing -- October 05, 2005
The new OFNA/Jammin X1CRT Truggy stormed to victory at the final round of the Maxbashing championship held near Guilford in southern England. The Maxbashing Race Track lives up to its name, being very tough on cars, but huge fun to drive with its aptly called “Mountain” Jump. In its first appearance at a UK track, the Jammin X1CRT took the TQ spot for the A main event driven by HN racing driver Jamie Booth. The 20 minute A main final saw the X1CRT take a comfortable victory by some 4 laps over the nearest competitor. The X1CRT was fitted with OFNA brick pin tires and ran an OS .21 V spec engine fitted with the race proven PCR 2027 EFRA tuned exhaust system. The truggy was used straight out of the box with no modifications and during the heavy, competitive racing no damage or breakages occurred. There is no tougher test of a machine in the UK than the Maxbashing track, and the Jammin X1CRT passed with quite literally ‘flying’ colors.
OFNA Shifts Team Focus For The Future -- September 14, 2005
OFNA has made some changes to the OFNA Professional Team and our focus on the Racing World. Greg Dagani will now run under the newly created Hobao International Racing Team, which will include many top racers from around the world, and will compete in many top International Races such as the Worlds. OFNA will still maintain a Race Team in the United States. The U.S. Team will concentrate solely on the domestic U.S. market, travelling to places where true grassroots racing still takes place, bringing it back to the people who made us who we are." X1CR jams the radar at the XRay Off Road Championships! -- May 23, 2005
Another European Win during the third round of the Radio Race Car (UK magazine) Xray 1/8th off road championship held at Aldridge near Birmingham in England. There were around 100 drivers taking part in the third round of this popular series. Qualifying took place in mixed conditions as there were many rain showers during the day causing the grass track to become greasy and very tricky. Jamie Booth driving the X1CR pro UK was the class of the field in the 2nd and 3rd rounds of qualifying winning both rounds quite comfortably and showing that the X1CR would be tough to beat in the A main event. The X1CR was handling the tricky conditions without any difficulty. In the early stages of the A Main event there was a very close battle between Ryan Donovan (Xray factory driver) and Jamie Booth (HN racing X1CR driver) but over the course of the final the O.S. powered HN racing X1CR PRO UK overhauled the RB powered Xray of Ryan to take a comfortable victory at the end. The winning car featured the latest PCR Efra 2027 exhaust system (#19788 or #19789), O.S. RZ-B V spec engine and Sanwa radio equipment. The X1CR was box standard apart from X1S-19 SPL arm shafts!!
