The CRT Owns 5 of 6 National Titles!!

The CRT Owns 5 of 6 National Titles!!

Thanks to Taylor James, the Jammin CRT now owns five National Championships (2 ROAR & 3 R/C Pro) of the six available since this revolutionary truggy hit the market. Taylor contributed to this impressive record this past weekend by winning the the R/C Pro Expert Arena Truck title in Texas. Taylor only competed in two of the three series races so he had to win the finals to take home the R/C Pro National Championship. This win gives him back to back R/C Pro titles as he was the defending champ.

Congratulations Taylor!!!

Taylor James TQ's the Worlds Warm-up!
WHO IS THE FASTEST BUGGY AT THE WORLDS?

TAYLOR JAMES & Jammin X-1 CR/FactoryTeam

After a rain delayed qualifying, a lone Jammin Team driver Taylor James TQ's the last two rounds winning the over-all Taylor James TQ title.
During the A-Main, Taylor lost a rear shock spring retainer, which was not discovered until after the main.  Because of the problem, the car was not up to the challenge to compete at this high racing level.  Taylor did his best, but could not move up and finished seventh.  I wish to thank all the drivers and team members who gave it all for this event.

“Jammin wins again!
Rick N Ryan“Jammin wins again!!! Are you kiddin me?!”

Round Three of the RC Pro Series Northwest Division sees the McCrery Bros. back at it again bringing home yet another pair of wins for Team Jammin!!
Ryan McCrery starts off the weekend by TQing both buggy and truggy with brother Rick qualifying 3rd in both. The truggy main starts off with Ryan holding a commanding lead while Rick just a mere 8 seconds behind. Then bad luck strikes as Ryan's truggy loses rear traction and falls behind to fourth, but Team Jammin never fears as fellow teammate and brother Rick McCrery takes over the lead and wins his first ever major truggy race by almost a lap with his Jammin X1-CRT !!
In the buggy main, Ryan checks out at a blistering pace with his Jammin X1-CR-FTE lapping the entire field twice leaving the question, ”How could Jammin ever improve this buggy?” In the end Ryan McCrery takes home the Pro Series Northwest Division Championship in both buggy and truggy with his insane arsenal of products from Team Jammin!!!

Jammin 16mm Super Shocks & Pivot Ball Suspension are unbeatable!
2007 New Zealand South Island Championships - Hong Nor/Jammin X1-CR TQ's and A-Main WIN!  Both X1-CR drivers Graeme McDougal and Peter Brimmer shared the spoils at the 2007 New Zealand South Island Champs.  Peter TQ'd the event and then showed a clean set of heals from the start in the final until a transponder failure forced his retirement.  From this point, Graeme who had been in second place, took over the lead (from the 27th) lap and never looked back, finsihing one whole lap ahead!  Both Graeme and Peter were using the new Super Bore Shocks, which were only fitted to thier X1-CR's the night before the event. Graeme was also running the new Pivot Ball Front Suspension option and in Graemes words . . .

"If you own a Jammin X1-CR, Go get the new 16mm Super Bore Shocks and Pivot ball Suspension upgrades,....they are FANTASTIC!!".

Hyper 8.5 Wins European 2007 Championship
HoBao Hyper 8.5 Off-Road European Champion 2007
HoBao Hyper 8.5 Off-Road European Champion 2007

HoBao's Spanish driving ace Robert Batlle gave the performance of a lifetime to come from behind and win the 1/8th Off-Road European Championships.

Robert put in some stunning performances during qualifying including a fantastic 3rd round victory in which he set the fastest time of the tournament. This helped Robert to achieve pole position in the final ahead of last years champion Yannick Aigoin.

In the final a collision at the start of the race left Robert's Hyper 8.5 in last place after the first lap. This made his victory even more extraordinary as he had to out-manoeuvre every single driver on the track in pursuit of the top spot. Robert was in top form and his new Hobao Hyper 8.5 was explosive as he relentlessly chased down the race leader with some breathtaking driving. It was not until the last few minutes of a thrilling race that Robert powered his way in to the lead and kept his nerve to become the 2007 1/8th European Champion.

Robert has made us extremely proud with his well-deserved victory and everyone here at HoBao would like to congratulate him on his success. Well-done Robert!

A full press release on the HoBao Hyper 8.5 will be added to this site shortly.

JQ's Hyper 8.5 Wins Nordics
HoBao Hyper 8.5 takes Nordics!

JQ has taken victory at the Nordics - a well deserved victory; now 4 Nordic wins to his name! The start was pretty messy, Robert assumed the lead after Christoffer got taken out, and then fought a bit with Joe, who after a while dropped back. Christoffer was now last and pushing his way up. By about 10mins it was clear that Robert was really flying, his car looked real good, JQ was fighting with other drivers, while Robert was able to build a lead. Christoffer was now fighting his way up and fast, using an aggressive fuel strategy he was able to fight back. By about the 20-25min mark Robban's lead was down and JQ was really looking strong, Robban had a few bad laps including one notable moment where a marshall literally held his car for 5secs and let about 4 drivers past giving him massive traffic. JQ capitalised and thru fuel stops began to build a serious lead. Robban fell back, and was caught and passed by Christoffer. By about 35mins, Joe was still pushing, having lapped everyone but Chris in 2nd, Linus was also pretty close to Robban in 4th & 3rd... In the end, Joseph took a great victory, followed by Christoffer close to/or a lap down, then Robban.

Leaving Gus only 1/2 lap behind and catching, 15mins to go and JQ's front shock shaft bends.. 3 min left Gus passes, JQ has he crashes on a backmarker, and on the last lap Gus runs out of fuel, and JQ passes to win!
